Return & Refund Policy

• We accept return of items. Return request can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order by email store@uaepl.ae
• After 14 days period, customer will be longer eligible for a voucher reimbursement.
• The returned item should be in its original condition, not used, and still has its original tag .Our team of experts will examine the condition of the returned item to proceed further
• Cancellation refunds will be issued in the form of voucher, thus you will be receiving a confirmation email once its completed. This voucher can be used for future purchase.
• Customized order can’t be returned neither a voucher shall be issued.
• It may take up to 5-working days for us to receive your return order.

Received a wrong or faulty product
If you receive a wrong/ faulty item, please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours from receiving the faulty item) with the following information:

• Order number
• Photo of the product.
