Refund policy

 

• We accept return of items. Return request can be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order by email store@uaepl.ae
• After 14 days period, customer will be no longer eligible for a voucher reimbursement.
• The returned item should be in its original condition, not used, and still has its original tag. Our team will examine the condition of the returned item to proceed further.
• Cancellation refunds will be issued in the form of voucher; thus, you will be receiving a confirmation email once its completed. This voucher can be used for future purchase.
• Customized order can’t be returned neither a voucher shall be issued.
• It may take up to 5-working days for us to receive your return order.

Received a wrong or faulty product
If you receive a wrong/ faulty item, please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours from receiving the faulty item) with the following information:

• Order number

• Photo of the product.
