Shipping policy

 

• The package will be delivered within the stipulated time. The stipulated time also includes the processing & packaging time at our warehouse.
• Please note that orders shipped and delivered on Business days only. (This excludes weekends & public holidays)
• The delivery date for customized items shall be notified, upon confirmation of the order. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
• After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
• To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send you the shipment tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account or click on the link sent in the email(s) to track your order.

• Our courier service companies deliver directly to your doorstep during the weekdays.

Delivery costs

• We charge a flat shipping rate of AED20 per order on all orders within the territory of the United Arab Emirates.
• Customs VAT Duties
  All prices on our website include the 5% VAT in line with the UAE regulations.
