Shipping Policy

The package will be delivered within the stipulated time. The stipulated time also includes the processing & packaging time at our ware house.
Please note that orders shipped and delivered on Business days only.(This excludes weekends & public holidays )
The delivery date for customized items shall be notified ,upon confirmation of the order .Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send you the shipment tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by signing into your account or click on the link sent in the email(s) to track your order.

Delivery costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of AED30 per order on all orders within the territory of the United Arab Emirates.
Free delivery for orders above AED500 within the territory of the United Arab Emirates.
